- Preventative Maintenance Plans - Monthly or Quarterly
- Monthly/Quarterly checklist report on status of PC & network health and security
- Monthly/Quarterly management of Windows, Antivirus and other component's critical updates
- Monthly/Quarterly performance optimization using system tools and 3rd party software
- For Monthly Plans: Free loaner computer if repairs will take longer than a day (ask for details)
- 10% Discount for hourly rate for work not covered by maintenance
- Ability to help with small issues remotely in 6 min increments instead of 1/2 hour increments
- Priority scheduling for onsite service for our maintenance clients
- Prices: $20 per pc/month or $25 per pc/quarter.
Upgrades to Maintenance Plans:
- Monitor internet activity of your employees
- Anti-spyware plan - includes software, configuration and cleaning of spyware/malware
- Registry cleaning - (recommended at least every six months)
- Content Filtering Package - block unauthorized websites via software and/or hardware
- Prices vary - quote will be given after the FREE consultation
